The products I source for Uncommon Yarrow are made with an incredible amount of care and dedication. They are not made on a large scale, but handmade in tiny batches with intentional, fresh, carefully sourced (and costly) ingredients. Unfortunately that means I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products.
If you have an issue with your order (e.g. something is damaged, broke during shipping, something looks like it may have gone bad) email me a photo and I'll do my best to make it right. I am unable to offer refunds due to product reactions. If you have any questions or concerns please email me ahead of time.

TIPS FOR USE
Apply morning and evening on freshly cleansed skin after toning. Can be used as a spot treatment or as an addition to Botnia powdered face masks. All Botnia products are made with natural ingredients and are meant to be used fresh.
As the last step in your skincare routine, slowly massage a couple of pumps of oil into your face and neck. Take a moment to breathe in the luxurious aromas for added relaxation. Use morning and night. For stubborn irritation, use a few times a day as a spot treatment.
All our ingredients are potent and fresh. For best results, store in a cool, dark, and dry place and close the container tightly.
