Komala is sanskrit for gentle silk. This formula is gentle enough for all skin types and is especially good for sensitive skins with rosacea, eczema, or irritation.  The base of this formula is made of in-house infusions and extractions of marshmallow root, amla, lemon balm, calendula & helichrysum that soften, detoxify and cleanse the skin while hydrating and calming inflammations and we've included a good dose of white willow bark to clear and shrink pores. It's creamy texture offers happily hydrated, clean and balanced skin.

    Aloe barbadensis infusion of althaea officinalis (marshmallow) root, calendula officinalis, Helichrysum italicum, melissa officinalis (lemon balm), & taraxacum officinale (dandelion) leaf, raw mel (honey), African black soap, Quaking Aspen bark extract, *simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) oil, *Aspinosa (argan) oil, *cannabis sativa (hemp) seed oil, *rosa rubiginosa (rosehip) seed oil, potent in house extractions of phyllanthus emblica (amla) berry, salix alba (white willow) bark, echinacea purpurea root, glycerin (from flax seed), non-GMO vitamin e, non-GMO xanthan gum, oils of citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck (wild orange), pelargonium graveolens (geranium), Lavandula angustifolia Mill. (Bulgarian lavender), Anthemis nobilis (Roman chamomile).

  • HOW TO USE

    Remove heavy makeup with an Oil Cleanser of your choice, then dispense a dime size amount of cleanser, massage over face and neck for 30 seconds. Rinse, pat dry, and follow with tonic mist and/or hydrosol, oil + serum and balm.

    I also love to blend Komala with dry masks to form a less tightening masking experience with all the benefits of the cleanser.  I love using her this way!

     *Note that the color may change slightly batch to batch due to the varying natural hue of our honey and oils.

    The products I source for Uncommon Yarrow are made with an incredible amount of care and dedication. They are not made on a large scale, but handmade in tiny batches with intentional, fresh, carefully sourced (and costly) ingredients. Unfortunately that means I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products. 

    If you have an issue with your order (e.g. something is damaged, broke during shipping, something looks like it may have gone bad) email me a photo and I'll do my best to make it right. I am unable to offer refunds due to product reactions. If you have any questions or concerns please email me ahead of time.
